CAMEL COOKIES!!!!!

I told you, I LOVE CAMELS, so what better place to start then with CAMEL COOKIES!!!!!


Here is a Beautiful, Amazing, Awesome, and Grand Israeli CAMEL, named Kojak!!!!!!!   This is NOT a camel cookie!!!






And here are Beautiful, Amazing, Awesome, and Grand Oklahoma Camel Cookies!!!!  NOT a real live camel!!!

Here is the Recipe for Oklahoma Camel cookies. (Brown Sugar Cookies)


1 1/2 cups Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar 
2 eggs
5 cups flour
2 TBS baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Cream butter and sugar together.  Add the eggs and mix.  In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.  Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet until all is combined. Wrap in plastic and place in fridge for 2 hours.  Remove dough from fridge and roll dough on a floured surface to 1/4 to 1/2 in. thickness.  Take camel cookie cutter and cut out camel-shaped cookies.  Place on ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 min or until slightly brown on the bottom.
